This ability to offer all of this in house in the Full-Suite package is unique to Station Craft Inc. We will provide you a tailored plan package that fulfills the requirements of the rebate programs, so that the rebates cover the entire cost (in most situations) of the service provided.

Do you like your energy advisor you use already? No problem, we will hire them to fulfill the EA scope as a subcontractor and work with them to ensure you get the best building possible at an even lower cost than you pay today. We will also come out and perform the mid construction blower door test and analysis with your existing EA to help seal up any leaks we can find and push the build as far into the airtightness metrics as we can! It’s a win win win.

Remove the burden and cost of design and load calcs from your HVAC contractor and get a full 3D design option that they can then quote from, increasing efficiency and clarity while minimizing the possibility of callbacks and errors.

Envelope Design

The envelope design process ensures you have a very detailed strategy for achieving air tightness easily and with low cost materials. This will consider the building science that is often neglected on Part 9 construction and make your pathway to higher step code (and the rebates that go with that) as easy as possible.

Bonus Free Service for New Builders

We have decided to add another free service for the first while we are helping onboard you and get your trade team up to speed on pursuing high-performance builds. Ben Station who is the CCN at Station Craft (Chief Construction Nerd) and a Red Seal Carpenter will come to the site and work with your lead hand, or any members of your trade team you designate to build a full-size mockup of the critical details of your build, so that there is a full reference to go off of for the trade teams. We will provide sample materials for achieving highest possible air tightness.

What does this cost?

After the rebates, this entire package is free in most cases. Yes, free. Everything outlined above can be covered in the rebate structure and delivered for you.

Larger and more complex homes are priced on a case-by-case basis but generally, you can expect our packages to be covered by the rebates for typical single family homes.

We have had a tremendously encouraging response to soft launching this program. There is a limit to how much work we can complete in the coming months which means that we need to discuss your needs before onboarding you and committing to providing the service.
